How do I place an Order?

To place an order, just follow these simple steps:

1/ Browse & Select: Find your favorite items and click Add to Cart.
2/ Checkout: Click the shopping bag icon and hit Checkout.
3/ Details: Enter your UAE delivery address and phone number.
4/ Payment: Choose your preferred method (Card, Apple Pay, Tabby, or COD).
5/ Confirm: Review your order and click Place Order.

You'll receive a confirmation SMS and email immediately!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To ensure the fastest processing, we allow changes or cancellations within a short window after the order is placed. Here is how it works:

1/ Before Shipping: You can cancel or modify your order (change address/items) by contacting our customer support via WhatsApp or Email immediately. Please have your Order ID ready.
2/ After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled or changed. In this case, you will need to follow our Returns & Exchanges process once the package arrives.

Note: If you used a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service (Tabby/Tamara), please contact us directly so we can process the adjustment through their system for you.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking is easy:

How Can I Return a Product?

We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't satisfied, our return process is simple:
1/ Request a Return: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
2/ Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
3/ Pickup: We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the item from your UAE address.
4/ Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or as store credit. (Please note that shipping fees may be non-refundable).
5/ Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear, etc.), earrings, beauty/cosmetic products that have been opened, and any items used for personal hygiene.
