By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile application, or placing an order, you as: “User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts under UAE law to use this site.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products displayed are subject to availability. We do not guarantee stock at all times.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order only upon receiving payment confirmation email.

  • Prices are in AED (unless stated otherwise) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees, or additional charges are extra.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, bank transfer and Tabby

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store full card details.

  • You authorize us (or our processor) to charge the total amount including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

  • In case of fraud suspicion, we may cancel orders and refund payments.

  • We ship within the UAE

  • Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days within UAE

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure

  • You must inspect goods upon receipt and report damages within 48 hours

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • You may return eligible items within 7–14 days from delivery if unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Non-returnable items include: personal hygiene products, customized goods, perishable items, Digital products or services.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for misuse or non-compliance.

  • Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Contact us for warranty claims.

  • We provide no additional warranties beyond those stated.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
